What I meant was , you believe the man is best suited to be the spiritual head of the household, because it is God's will that it be that way. Is that a correct assumption on my part?

John 13:

13 Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.
15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.
John 19:
30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
So if I "lead" as Jesus leads everthin gonna be O'tay.
