JBL-- There's a lot going on in this piece, and I'm afraid I'm not up to speed on most of it. The Clinton connection in this case seems a real stretch. But, to recast your question, do I believe that the Reagan-era CIA could have been running guns and drugs through a small Arkansas airstrip, all in service of an illegal, black-budget effort to fund the Contras? Well, criminy, JBL...I suppose it's not out of the realm of possibility. Just ask Ollie. One other comment: In 1986, eight months after Seal's death, his plane was shot down over Nicaragua with an Arkansas pilot at the wheel and a load of ammunition and contra supporter Eugene Hasenfus in the cargo bay.
