Anthony
If you care to provide the info, I would be interested in knowing
1. How do you find out the identity of aperson on SI or any other chat rooms.

2. How do you sue them if they in a part of the state different from where you live.

3. How do you sue them if they live in another state (federal court??)

4. How do you sue them if they are in another country

IMPORTANT :

I have a $23,000 judgement agains an individual and his co. that I cant seem to be able to collect.

It turns out that the co. was in his brothers name (even tho he had said it was his) and I cant find any of his personal assetts.

Tried using some DEBT COLECTION Agencies. The problem is that they want an assignment whichmakes them the principal and then I have to sue them to collect any money they might have received (and dont tell me about).

DO YOU KNOW OF ANY WAY TO COLLECT JUDGEMENTS assuming that the debtor is a cunning knowledgeable person who knows the ins and outs of the system.

OR can you point me in a direction taht I may follow for trying to collect on my judgement.

THANKS
