Bought a modem from Gigabuys - rough experience The site is down more than up. That will be fixed. Violated cardinal rule of etailing - too many clicks - about 30 to buy the modem (too many to choose from, unable to easily narrow search). Price = 138. Unable to get total with shipping. Comaprison shopped NECX. 3 clicks to buy the same modem AND it was cheaper - $131. Uh-oh - this will not be Dell's strong suit. Needs lots and lots of work.
