This from CKFR: Brooks: At this time, CheckFree has not been served any official papers regarding the Intuit complaint, and therefore, will not comment on any related speculation until the appropriate time. - Stephanie Norton When a company gets its press release out before the papers are served, I personally discount their credibility 50%.
