I don't think so Benny. It seems pretty clear now why the wording of the release said CKFR was the "exclusive major integrated bill presentment and payment provider to Intuit." Seems the "exclusive major integrated" qualifier was intended to allow them to deal with the PT's of the world if they chose to.

And as for the patent suit, it was dropped if you remember. Now maybe it was dropped to allow them to pursue the acquisition of ISC, or maybe it was dropped because they really weren't in violation of the patent.
