Tempe, Arizona (March 3, 1999) Diamond Equities, Inc. (NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board: DDEQ) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a 100% ownership interest in Internet start-up GOPROFIT.COM, INC. In consideration for Preferred Shares of Diamond Equities, GoProfit will exchange all of its issued and outstanding shares. GoProfit, a Nevada Corporation, is currently designing and building the world's first proprietary financial search engine / Web portal in concert with Internet infrastructure company, Inktomi Corporation. "There is a need for a next-generation world wide financial search engine that breaks down language barriers, geographic barriers, and finally addresses the fact that the world's financial markets are interdependent," said David Westfere, President of Diamond Equities. "GoProfit.Com is building such a search engine using proprietary technology. In addition to English, the GoProfit search engine will be able to perform search queries in most major languages. This enables us to initially mirror our search engine site in 6 different languages in order to better serve the world's financial community. Ultimately, we're planning to establish a presence in every financial region of the world." "We are assembling all of the necessary components to assure that GoProfit becomes the world's financial search engine. To that end, we are taking a global approach to building our business within an extremely lucrative specialty market — the financial sector of the Internet Industry," said David Firestone, President of GoProfit.Com, Inc. "Furthermore, by becoming an integral part of Diamond Equities, GoProfit will have the financial wherewithal to insure that its business plan is adequately capitalized."
