Hype 1: Michael Dell has been on a whistlestop tour of regional radio and TV shows, promoting his company's and industry's prospects. Broadband! P3! Buy stock now! Hype 2: Splitsville, baby. Stocks that split are worth more. Hype 3: Dell is now an internet company ("gigabuys"), and soon will be valued on the same metrics as Amazon -- 30x sales. 600% upside! And what if it's P/S goes up to Yahoo's... as good old Ralph Records used to say -- buy or die. Whew! Punk rock. mb
