now he supplys information that is 'insider'. if a broker supplied him this inside information he must inform nasd he is/was in possession of it.

Make me laugh, contemptible arachnid. Let's turn our attention to your own repeated insider violations. All that stuff you got from Mike Sylver. Shall I compile my embarrassing list once again? You posted this "information" with the clear object of supporting the stock and encouraging others to buy. The fact that the "information" in question invariably turned out to be incorrect doesn't make the offense any less grave.

Remember all you--and the company--had to say about AZNT, Sweet Factory, and Kevin Vander Kelen. Material misrepresentation, I'm afraid. Wouldja like to talk about market manipulation as well? All those posts about how the 4 million shares had been "returned" and/or "cancelled" when in fact that was not the case?

And were you given any free stock, lololololol?

Now let's turn to what you have to say about tonto. He's presenting material well after the fact. At this point neither he nor anyone else can or will trade on it. So exactly what "insider violations" are we talking about?

Unfortunately you are, as you've so often said, "very stupid guy". Clearly you don't even understand what insider information is. Brokers don't have it, unless they're (illegally) colluding with the company, which was scarcely the case where Mike Kugler was concerned.

since we have learned that the solv-ex market was manipulated by the mob.

Excuse me. Maybe you just learned that. The rest of us knew it back in December 1997, when the original Business Week article came out.

tonto pumped & dumped & refuses to discuss the matter of his possibly trading on inside info or if the information came directly from dempsey mork.

Are you actively trying to get yourself sued by as many people as possible? What advantage do you see in that?
