Consolidated Envirowaste Acquires CCI of Sarasota Inc. ABBOTSFORD, BRITISH COLUMBIA--The Company is pleased to announce it has acquired CCI of Sarasota Inc., a wood waste recycler, for consideration consisting of cash and the payment to the vendor in the three years following closing of a minimum annual royalty. Management expects that the acquisition, which fits well into the Company's on-going growth plan, will have an immediate positive impact on net profit. In other news, the Company has borrowed from a shareholder for short-term working capital purposes the sum of $200,000.
