TSQD dead in water as business.... The other shoe will drop when the price is right. I think it a reasonable inference that TSQD's migration away from Apple/Mac products has not gone well. Their Internet product catalog must not be doing very well. When management seeks "strategic" alternatives, that is code language for "the future does not look promising if current trends continue".
