Thankx for the info. I called ETRADE, the BS they actually gave me is that at 9:41 the trades went as high as 4 13/32. And the only reason that doesn't show as the day high is because they report the day high according to the bid. They also mentioned that it is very hard to cancel the trade in the morning(that maybe true) the rest sounds like BS. Can anyone confirm or deny the information that was given to me by ETRADE.
