Jim,

AS far as maintaining the NYRR Web Site is concerned I was told via telephone in November by an NYRR Representative that a Mr. A. Feygelson would be responsible for maintaining the NYRR Web Site from that point forward.

This has proven to me to be another example of why I do not put much faith in anything that I am told via telephone from any company representative--regardless which company!

If a company can not respond to my e-mail questions via e-mail then all that does is make me suspicious that they do not want their response to go to print! Maybe I'm right ? Maybe I'm wrong?

They would just be bettor off in saying that nothing is happening then trying to verbally feed us a bunch of bunk! JMO!

Bottom line is the NYRR Location is still the NYRR Location! And that's why I am still a shareholder-=-and since it appears via the rumor mill that the large rail conglomerates like where we are situated I might as well join in the speculation! JMO!

By the way Bruce Crawford at one time responded to e-mails--I found him to be a great person to communicate with and in my opinion was a very hard worker and knowledgeable. Then it appeared that someone pulled the plug on his computer and e-mailing regarding company inquiries ceased! JMO!

How about Bruce Crawford for President and CEO?

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
