Mark, Big volume in the sector today. Crude has tested $13 intraday and fell back. A breakout over $13 and we get a power move IMHO. API numbers last night caught analists by suprise with drawdown in stocks. Still bearishness about OPEC meeting keeps a lid on things. Look out if they get their act together. Good Trading Dave
