n.p.: I agree when you say they made a mistake when they went strictly soft goods. Of course that was Kosich's idea and now the guy is suing for wrongful dismissal, what an irony. Those Eaton's stores are so big that you just can't fill them adequately with clothes only and many of them have empty sections cordoned off. It just doesn't look right. They would have to shrink each store in order to reduce floor space and cut their taxes and expenses, but that sort of renovation would be very costly. I still think they should have stayed with the old strategy and went head-to-head with Sears.

It's going to be tough, good luck to them.
