JN, While I'm sitting around waiting for a life (and for the dough to rise): My experience is like a conditioned reflex. My first shot was seeing AMPEX on NASDAQ at 2 something and saying WHAT? I waited a bit and got it cheap off the Pink Sheets and made a killing during the Keepered Media thing (out at 12). So then you see the thing as a source of great rewards and maybe it will happen again. Ignorant move pays off big. Then when you buy in at 7 and 3 because it just can't go any lower, you're stature as a wise investor is at stake. Then you take your tax loss. Then at 1 after you've given up all hope, you know it's the right time again no matter what. And then because you didn't get out at 5, your ego requires you to know that it will get back there again any day now. Hooked for years by nothing but ego. Gotta go, making bread.
