Mama Bear, glad you reappeared... sorry it took sex to lure you :-)...In most instances, I would agree that the government shouldn't interfere in a voluntary transaction, but I do not think that every transaction is sacrosanct. For example, I do not think that if my neighbor wants to start a fertilizer factory next door, it is only his business. I see no reason to let him start a brothel.
