It is my belief that the reverse split became a dead issue at a certain point in time. Once we were sent to the bullitin board it became a non-issue. I realize that they want the price to go up and stay above $2, and I believe that it will now happnen in due time. With the merger and other things happening, including new precious metals properties we will have a diversified company with good financing.
