Teknowledge Corporation Will Join Nasdaq SmallCap Market Effective March 5, 1999
PALO ALTO, Calif., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Teknowledge's application for admission to the Nasdaq SmallCap Market was accepted by the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications section of the Nasdaq Exchange. For the past five and a half years, Teknowledge stock has been traded over-the-counter (OTC) under the symbol TEKC. Teknowledge stock will trade on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market under the symbol TEKC.
