Seriously, what are you doing here if you don't like either company (and I assume you aren't short)? Wouldn't playing solitaire with a deck of cards be more productive? You clearly don't understand anything about insider trading. In general, insiders sell for all sorts of reasons: a house, college tuition for kids, diversification of their portfolio. More specific to GNTX, Fred Bauer and Ken LaGrand probably have 80-90% of their net worth in this company so selling some shares doesn't concern me. Enoch Jen sells all the time and his sales are usually poorly timed. With that said, the stock more than doubled off its late summer low so it's not unreasonable to expect a few shares to come out.
