I also verified to a certain extent the GM order.

I called GM's purchasing department to verify whether they had in fact bought equipment from Microphonics. While I did not ask the gentleman to go through all of the orders he did find 9 units ordered from Ultraphonics for 111R CK diagnostic systems. These 9 units were interestingly purchased on 9/9/97, 10/22/97, 4/7/98, and 5/12/98. These units may be part of the 22 units supposedly already delivered. Just the fact that GM could verify that they had in fact purchased equipment from Ultraphonics is reassuring that we are not dealing with a Turbodyne situation. For those of you who are unaware of Turbodyne, check out,

asensio.com

That company was a complete scam and also dealt with automotive equipment. While the GM purchases above don't confirm the latest PR, they make the GM agreement more plausible as they show that GM has purchased equipment from Ultraphonics before.

I also have calls into Nascar and Ford for confirmations. Don't get me wrong. As I have said, I own 10000 shares, but one can never be too careful especially when things look too good to be true.

Regards,

Sophie
