"64 MEG DRAM pricing is softening due to some end of the quarter inventory adjustments by certain merchant manufacturers. This should be short term. The Intel price restructuring has caused increased activity in the 16 MEG capacity as motherboard manufacturers are aggressively in the open market."according to AICE
