Hi George,

I read the news release over and over many times. Here's the bottom line as to what the news release was trying to say, and what the future of BLO is (in my opinion)...

Basically, BLO is a very small exploration company, exploring in a very neglicated area of the world. All of their properties have world class potential, and out of all them, it seems likely that at least one will hit in a big way.

We should all be prepared with a position now, because when something does happen, it will be like a lightning bolt out of a blue sky. Unexpected to the investment community at large, but not to us. And the price is relatively cheap. It's as safe as it gets with the Jrs.

But I don't see any overnight miracles here. I do think, however, that 1997 will be the year for BLO. Last year they laid the ground work for exploring the properties, now their going to get "busy".

Remember the Pres. of BLO is a geologist and he wants to handle the exploration very methodically. Go to step A. then step B. then step C. No skipping from A. to C. In the long run, its the best way to go.

So my advice to everyone, take your positions and sit on them.

There are only good things on the horizon of Blue Ribbon and Suriname!

Cheers,

Chris A.
