Interesting that the last two contracts amount to more than the entire market cap of ABTE. Not sure if these were included in the $1.1 billion backlog, or whether they are now moving in on $1.2 billion.

As far as the battle with ATS, I wonder if "someone" encouraged them to issue such a release. I can't say I can find many releases from them on any of their contracts and they appear to be having lots of problems. The $5 mill in dispute accounts for less than half of 1% of the backlog. Nonetheless, if their system doesn't work, its better to replace them than get into the delays shown with the Sun Pass system.

The VPC with the Sun Pass system in Florida was to be built by ATS (not a Able contract) and they seem to be delayed by over a year due to software problems. I am not sure who ATS blaming for these delays.

Now, because of software glitches, it will not be reading until fall of 1999.
