BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLGS - news), holding company of Flagstar Bank, FSB, today announced a change in the date of its annual meeting. The meeting has been changed to May 10, 1999. The Company had previously announced the date of the meeting as May 11, 1999.
The time and location for the annual shareholders meeting are unchanged and will be held on May 10, 1999 at 1 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time at the Company's National Headquarters located at 2600 Telegraph Rd., Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. All shareholders as of the March 17, 1999 Record Date may vote for their choices of directors and other governance issues by proxy, or in person at the site of the meeting in Bloomfield Hills.
