Thanks. Yes I knew about this. Still a bit miffed. The original exchange ratio of .1691 got changed to .1353 because of the runup of PRIA prior to close and of course now it has come down to the original figure within the collar for .1691. Bummer. Promis share holders got gypped the second time around and I did make enough noise to the management and the terms of the deal. But atleast I am done with Promis which sadly did not live up to its name. Hopefully, PRIA will be a more profitable experience.
