Sandstuff, Re your post 1644, I agree with you totally. I wrote my undergraduate thesis in EE school in 1964 on "speech recognition by computers". Yes, that is right, it was 35 years ago. I can see the potential of the ultrasound detection in these units being married to the pattern recognition software systems to branch into other areas. Vic
