Safe Environment Engineering: World Marketing Rights Acquired for
Life-line(TM)

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 1999--Safe Environment(Alberta Stock
Exchange:SFU. - news) Don White, Vice President, and director of marketing, has announced, subject to regulatory approval,
that Safe Environment Engineering Canada Inc. has obtained a renewable two year agreement with Safe Environment Engineering
(US) to acquire the world distribution rights external to the United States and its Territories and Positions, for the Life-line(TM) system.

The Agreement includes renewable annual exclusive management rights to sell Life-line(TM) in the Northwestern Territories of the United States, including
Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Michael Ewing, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing of SEE (US) commented ''We are pleased and confident that the
agreement positions the Company with the ability to cover a wide market efficiently, effectively, and immediately''. Under this Agreement, SEE-Canada will
implement the sales and marketing plans that have been developed in conjunction with SEE (US), and will be reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing of SEE
(US).
