Murder is a violation of individual rights. As such, it has nothing to do with what society thinks. I cannot willfully deprive you of your right to live.
Abortion, on the other hand, is a personal matter. Whether you FEEL the fetus is human or not is a personal, moral, decision YOU make. You cannot force your view on the mother, however. As such, it is a primarily personal issue.
On the other hand, the question of viability is a good baseline to use for determining the process of whether a late term abortion is murder or not. A fetus that can survive without extraordinary means (ventilator, incubator) is clearly human....and the murder charge has teeth. This, typically, isn't until about the 7th month, however.
So, prior to 7 months, it is pretty much a personal decision.
Overt businesses are private matters. Gambling is considered a morally corrupting vice. However, in Vegas I'm shocked that society hasn't crumbled. Why not? Because gambling isn't a corrupting vice. Some people just want us to think that. The same goes for other vices, like prostitution.
