The reverse split WAS true back in Aug. Today's price already reflect the reverse split that took place with the reverse merger of WOTD into KBDG.

I've spoken to PC. He runs so many businesses out of his one office it took him time before he was able to talk WOTD...<g> A few months ago he said everything should be in place "next month" and it didn't. Now he's looking for more "creative financing" (his words, not mine). Its too bad his "finance friend" in Florida is in jail, otherwise it would have been done by now.
