Jaime,

I have been pretty bullish the past couple of months. Although lately I have been more cautious because the longer term trends are in jeopardy. What bothers me here about the playing the short side of the market is right now that position is being telegraphed to us. With the tech wreck the past couple of weeks and the weakness in the bond market. The market is screaming short me here. That's just too easy.
That bearish position may end up being a fakeout before the market breaks to the upside. There are still plenty of divergences out there. Despite the rise in rates (which won't last) we have a DOW that is still 9200.

So I do believe we will get some sort of breakout soon, one way or the other. I will be spending some time tonight catching up on the charts, looking for any divergences that may have popped up.

Good trading.
