Hi Shalom, Ammo is my 14 year old who has had a terrible flu virus but seems much better tonight. I forget how odd his name sounds--it's relly Adam, but when he was seven and just starting basketball, we rented the movie Pistol Pete and Adam decided that he was too little to be a pistol but he could be the ammunition--and he's been Ammo ever since. The BRAT diet stands for banana, rice, applesauce and toast (or tea,Michael?), foods that are good to eat after a stomach virus. Our posts certainly can run amok with odd references, can't they!
