Broker's Fees

Jens: Any idea of what the break down is between broker's incentive vs. fee for MBTI?

PS: Unlike amazon.com, we do not have to "floor-plan" (buy) any inventory as an overhead, but we are going to need to keep our army of authorized AgriMall brokers loyal and motivated. Will there be logos, decals, ad & promotional campaigns, regional sales/incentive meetings etc. to boost this key element of the business plan? Or is it just low key for now? HR

PS to the PS: If our brokers were incentive-ised with a modest stock-plan that vests over an 18-24 month time period, we might benefit from such an army of extra-loyal broker/shareholders working with the section of the public that most appreciates what we are doing. Just a thought. HR
