Anyone noticed the significance of this following announcement?

Well here is what I see.

Look at 2nd quarter earnings report. It says 25million total
licences at 3million new user per quarter run rate.

With microsoft hitting 28million by end of Feb., that means
they already hit 3million for this Q in 2 months are well set
for about 4.5 to 5million for this Q. That will be a sequential
increase of 33%, 2Q to 3Q.

What is happening is that lot of companies, including mine
are upgrading to NT as part of Y2K s/w budget.

I expect the stock to surge $5 by tomorrow close - for the above
reason as well as the Gates/Ballmer press conference tomorrow.
