The LT care companies have a ton of debt, and some very well may fail. Those that prepared well for PPS, though, are in considerably better shape than those who haven't. Beverly and HCR Manor perhaps being more positive cases, Vencor perhaps being a particularly dangerous situation - you be the judge as to how you rank the players in fundamental strength and competive positioning. Also, you are correct to assess that sources of revenue are illustrative: with those deriving more business from private-pay sources suffering less.
