Apparently ARCO executives in newspapers up north (Anchorage, I'm told) are stating that they're aggressively building out in anticipation of increased prices in oil. They've been hiring of late. I didn't see the article; this came from an individual who scans these reports. Newspaper up there is Anchorage Daily News; don't know what their web site may be.
