David, Hi. Well I got on to Gigabuys (ordered Norton AntiVirus 5.0) via the DELL web sight without any problems....great sight...just like DELL original only with more products...going to be another CASH COW to add to Mikey's herd. I'm home now and good ole Bell Atlantic did the trick....earlier I was at work on a T-1 line don't know if this was the problem or not. Best, Steve
