Rande, I'm not sure I understand the full implications with the warrants. It looks like after 1 year after the warrants are issued (whenever that is?)they can be used like "coupons" to buy PLCOP for $5 a share, 1 to 1 relationship btwn warrants and preferred shares. However the company can, in the same time frame decide to buy back the warrants at a nickel each? (and therin lies the risk? I got lost in the 20day 170% thing so please help me with that. It just seems too good to be true, so I must be missing something. BTW, thanx for the major DD work in #890! robb
