Rande, I own PLCO and PLCOP and have to fight the urge everyday to load up on PLCOP. What stops me is the fact that I've been burned bad buying preferred stock in a BB in the past, and to be honest it seems almost too good to be true.

What impact could the P conversion have on the price of the common? Since preferred shares are generally more of a long term investment, could long term uncertainty be the only reason the P's are so cheap?
