JD, I, too, marvel at the polar change of opinion. Bad news always has a greater initial impact than good news. This stock is a "loser" in only a few minds, and those most vocal negatively this afternoon are those who've been fence sitters or outright bashers of the company. Just check their prior posts. I'm not pleased about all the "issued" shares, but the more material question is how many of the issued shares are restricted in some fashion, and the terms of the restrictions imposed. Obviously, simply because a share has been issued does not mean it goes directly to the float. Nor does it mean, even if added to the float that the owner of the share intends to sell at .50. This is just common sense, of course. The sellers are the doubters and the decriers, who will promptly buy back in before the opening of the new site. And sell again later that day, or soon thereafter. Its about making a buck. TS
