Slow Internet Downloads.

Is anyone else experiencing this? In general, the D/L's have been slow since switching to 2.0 in December. On Monday, I decided to start timing the download part, not including the time it takes to update on disk. Monday, the rate was 18K/min and last night the rate was 25K/min. I am using a solid, clean 28bps connection. The folks at QP have been no help.
