DougHboy: It seems that Perik and O'Leary will report to David Haddad. This is reasonable since the Mattel Media Division will include more than simply TLC assets.

Regarding the stock price, we will benefit the most if MAT stays below $27.50 until the merger. As TraderDave said, the arbs will probably do their best to accomplish this. The deal will close as soon as possible after SEC approval has been given.
