Ron, My nightly download takes approximately 3-5 seconds on my ISDN. Obviosuly your having problems with your PC or ISP. Several things to try. First there are two download sites... www.qp2.com and www.qp2b.com. Have you tried both?? If not go into the Quotes Plus Setup program and select the other. re-run your benchmark. any changes.... Post back with some results and if that doesn't help we'll get more sophisticated in our debug techniques... Sean
