Visitors to the site, as well as actual auction and gallery participants, have wildly exceeded WCollect.Com's expectations. In some cases the volume of visitors has taxed the ability of the system to cope with demand. Additional leading edge technology has now been added to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of Auction and Gallery service to our participants, including our copyrighted authentication and security systems.
The WCollect.Com web site was pleased to host the trendsetting auction of numerous music and entertainment industry memorabilia in conjunction with the 1999 Grammies. WCollect.Com announces that it has completed the acquisition of MindCorp, LLC ("MindCorp") from Mr. Stewart Irvine. The Company has issued to Mr. Irvine a total of 2,375,000 restricted shares of common stock of the Company in consideration for MindCorp. Upon completion of the closing, Mr. Stewart Irvine and Mr. Andrew Zucker were appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company and Mr. John Xinos resigned as a Director and Officer. Mr. Irvine will be President and Mr. Zucker will be Secretary and Treasurer of the Company.
