Sir Robert: Friday the 13 Mar. 1999 is the date for a response from the Band, with regards to the legal action . That is a definite maybe. The legal action has prompted further questions from the Security Exchange with regards to us going to 'e' trading. My sources say that it was only a couple of questions that had to be answered and the Security people now have these. Soon we may be upgraded. As far a Richmond goes , I'm told that all negotiations have been finalized and now it has to go through the process. It a long road to somewhere.. SGGNF 1
