Truthfully, I was intending to carry it no further to OnSale. I wasn't planning on any letters or phone calls. As soon as the credit is issued I consider it a done deal. I do have to purchase 3 new printers, that I had intended to purchase there, but I will look elsewhere. Also I will do the typical thing and not recommend them to friends any longer, but will instead warn them of service difficulties. As I see it, this is probably the most normal and usual response to such a situation. Perhaps a few would write letters, etc, but most will just go elsewhere. What is it they say? Do something right and customers will tell 2 others, do something wrong and they will tell 20.
