Dear Dave: Thanks for the info. Thats been the official line for about a quarter now--ie flat 1999. Guess we will have to await the results of the 3/31 qtr to see if its accurate. Personally, its hard for me to believe that a company thats grown as well as SYNT has could SUDDENLY turn flat. Dont tell me its the Y2K thing cause that never was a big deal maxing out at 18% of revenue. JDN
