Frank, high guys, i am still here. forgive me for being a little thick headed, but explain to me the share arrangement. from what the release said. they will issue 3.8mm shs and them have a total of 10mm out. no problem here. what is the reference to the the 380k shs and 1mm out? is this just an example? with all of the money coming in 10mm plus 25mm in one year, with only 10mm out this comes to $3.5 per share . of course there must be some debt on the other side. your thoughts please about their diamond mines and gold in honduras. all comments welcome. thanks, vargas, yes vargas.
