We are all somewhat in shock by todays apparent revelation that our slice of the TSIG.com pie has just gotten smaller. That is right I said TSIG.com pie. I am willing to bet that most of the people on this thread did not purchase shares of an internet conglomerate but more likely shares of an internet music company with a unique marketing concept: the Card. In retrospect, we received more value than we paid for. I don't need to remind everyone about all the recent PR's relating to structure, personnel and revenue sharing announcements. I think we all know the company TSIG.com is and is going to be.

Now as to todays apparent revelation concerning shareholder dilution. Can anyone honestly say they did not think about how this great management team being assembled was going to be compensated with respect to their expert contribution to the building of TSIG.com. I mean lets face it we were flat broke before the PP. It is obvious to me that significant shareholder dilution will not come from the PP. As Bob has indicated from his conversation with RG, less than 2mm has been drawn. And if memory serves me correct the PP we ended up with was very favorable to shareholders. No, the dilution however large or small will come from shares being issued to key management personnel, the great people that not coincidentally are bringing their expertise to the table to build this great company. Now don't you all think these people deserve to be remunerated appropriately. I for one do not mind taking a smaller slice of the TSIG.com pie if in fact that slice has greater quality ingredients. No folks, shareholder value has been brought to this organization in the form of great people and great ideas. Let us remunerate them properly. In fact these people have a vested interest first in the future of this company or the value of their shares will be squat. We are in good hands. As the good Doctor says, "BE RIGHT SIT TIGHT". Thanks Marty we luv ya.
David
PS I could give a crap if all the supposed "LONGS" sell all their shares tomorrow. They will probably sell on the first run anyway.
