Dave,

It appears that the telecom companies are evaluating Vocaltec's products. It doesn't seem that anyone is buying and actually deploying in any numbers. Do you know how many gateways they have sold or any breakdown of sales by product line? Since they are not a US company, I can't go to Edgar and lookup their 10Q or get any real information on what they are actually selling. Do you have any sales figures?
